As a Wellness Consultant, my goal is to provide a grounding, healing space to support each person on their path to balanced health.

Hands on Manual Therapy:  This may include a combination of massage and stretching of muscles to release areas of tension, scar tissue release and visceral (organ) manipulation when indicated for bringing balance to the body.

For those who are interested in furthering overall wellness, consultations are available that include practical food and lifestyle guidance based on blood type and Ayurvedic principles.  Essential oils (aromatherapy), flower essences and reflexology suggestions may also be given for home care.

Combination Bodywork Session: Myofascial release, reflexology for the head and feet, Swedish/Deep Tissue to focused areas and visceral balancing.  Scarwork may be included if needed.
